03:49Other than that, I think they're wonderful.
03:52On day one, I will immediately terminate Joe Biden's insane electric vehicle mandate,
03:57and there will be no ban on gas cars and gas trucks in the Garden State.
04:03There will be no ban anywhere in the United States of America on gas.
04:08You can buy electric if you want.
04:10You can buy gas.
04:11You can buy whatever you want.
04:12That's the way it should be.
04:14It was announced last night that Biden finally listened to me.

04:19You know, he does a lot of things.

04:24But he says he's going to put a 100 percent tariff on all Chinese electric vehicles.

04:30Should have done this four years ago, but Biden is not going to put this tariff
04:35on their gasoline-powered cars or any of the other products.
04:38You have to put it on other cars also, not just the electric cars,
04:42because he's trying to make them work.
04:44You know, the subsidy that they're paying to the people,
04:46the subsidy they pay to people and to these auto companies,
04:50and you have hundreds of thousands of electric cars that are all over the country.
04:55I think you can buy them probably cheap if you want them,
04:58but they're forcing them on you, and you can't do it.
05:01It's supply and demand.
05:02People don't want them.
05:03And some people do, and the people that do should buy an electric car.
05:07I think they're fine.
05:08I think they're good.
05:09I think Elon is a friend of mine.
05:10He does a good job, but not everybody should have one.
05:13If you want to take a nice trip from, let's say, New Jersey,
05:17and you want to go and visit me at the White House in a little while,
05:20don't go buy an electric car.
05:23You won't make it.
05:26Don't go buy an electric car.
05:28If you want to drive down to Palm Beach, Florida,
05:30and see me and play a round of golf with me, I'd love to do it,
05:33but don't take an electric car because you'd make about 10 stops
05:36because you'd be very late.
