00:15 And he's bottlereared as a calf right through, so he's actually so quiet.
00:20 He's very tame then.
00:21 Yes, he just loves being handled, loves being with other people.
00:25 And do you have a name for him?
00:26 He's Freddy.

00:29 And all these deer are being bred for venison?
00:31 Yes, we've opened 100 hens at home and we're starting to produce our own venison now for
00:38 our own restaurant.
00:39 And in the future going forward we're actually going to be selling our own venison through
00:43 our own farm shop.
00:44 Right, okay.
00:45 So we're just trying to launch them out.
00:46 I know it's just not ideal to see a nice quiet deer here today but we have 100 hens at home
00:51 and the hens we certainly have are females now so it's time to start to change them now
00:56 to making their own venison through their own restaurant.
00:59 And is this as big as this chap gets?
