新闻报报看 | 加拿大卑诗大学有一项最新研究发现,在家里自己做菜煮饭不见得比较健康!因为当我们在炉子上烹煮不同食物时会排放烟雾,造成空气中漂浮氣溶膠、小顆粒或液滴等潜在有害的化学物质。科学家还发现,当这些有害物质被太阳照射后,会产生更多有害的化学物质,进而造成肺部损伤,甚至引发癌症、糖尿病和心臟病。(主播:梁宝仪、黄界錤)
