Transcript
00:00 What would you say has been the biggest difference
00:03 between the Marsden that you got to know on set during trial
00:08 and the Marsden that you've gotten to know
00:10 since the show has ended?
00:12 - That's a solid question.
00:13 I would say that it was literally
00:15 a night and day difference.
00:17 The Marsden that I got to know on the show
00:18 and then the Marsden in real life
00:20 are two completely different people.
00:22 Like I went into this thinking that James
00:24 was your stereotypical, you know,
00:27 I've always had kind of the stigma
00:29 of people in the industry, they're conceited,
00:30 they're full of themselves, you know, their ego is huge.
00:33 And so when he was playing that off, I was like, wow,
00:35 this is just a stereotypical Hollywood actor, I guess,
00:38 you know, and then seeing that that's not who he was at all,
00:40 like that was just such a relief for me.
00:43 - And it must be like, you must be reflecting on it.
00:46 Like, holy shit, this guy's impressive, right?
00:48 I mean, like who knew that he had improv chops like that?
00:52 - Oh yeah, and I mean, James is so like
00:55 multifaceted as well too.
00:56 Like the thing that upsets me
00:58 is that more people don't know James for his comedy
01:01 because he is hilarious,
01:02 like in "Tour de Pharmacy" as well too,
01:04 like he has so many different,
01:05 obviously "Sex Drive" goes without saying,
01:07 but he has so many movies where he's so funny,
01:10 but I feel like because he's so talented
01:12 and he does absolutely everything that, you know,
01:15 there's not a lot of focus on his comedic aspect.
