Grup Djarum Akuisisi Entitas Usaha SSIA Rp3 Triliun
PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) mengalihkan saham anak usaha PT Suryacipta Swadaya (SCS) senilai Rp3,1 triliun kepada PT Anarawata Puspa Utama (APU).
Setelah transaksi tuntas, SCS masih akan tetap menjadi entitas anak yang terkonsolidasi pada Perseroan. Perseroan akan memiliki 1.771.928.821 saham pada SCS atau yang mewakili 63,5% dari seluruh modal yang telah ditempatkan dan disetor penuh.
