01:24 Today, we celebrate the success of our country and our farmers
01:31 in sharing more than 3,800 Certificates of Land Ownership Award or CLOA
01:41 and land titles of farmers in almost 3,000 hectares of land here in Region 7.
01:52 The President also distributed machines and tractors worth P17.5 million
01:58 to the Siam Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organization or ARBO in the region to help their farming.

02:14 and are striving to have your own land for your livelihood.
02:20 Here it is, and we are fulfilling your dream.
02:24 This is a symbol of the heartfelt gratitude of the Filipino people
02:29 for your tireless effort and steadfastness in farming under the scorching sun,
02:37 in the midst of bad times, and in the face of many trials.
02:42 One of the beneficiaries is a centenarian or a year old father, Semion Academia,
02:49 who came from the city of Bais. He started farming in 1942.

03:02 Because our President said that agrarian reform is not just about land distribution.
03:09 It is also about providing support services to our farmers
03:15 so that they can have a better life and continue to feed us.
03:21 Earlier, Angelique, the President of the Department of Agrarian Reform,
03:28 also informed us that seven Farm-to-Market Roads or FMRs worth P100 million
03:37 are being constructed in different parts of the province of Negros Oriental.
03:42 These include the towns of Amlan, Dawin, Ayungon, Tayasan, Bindoy,
03:48 and the towns of Bais and Tanhay.
