00:00 Inside Madison Square Garden could be the deciding factor for
00:07 New York, except it wasn't. Indiana behind a historic
00:12 offensive performance in game number seven goes on the road
00:16 inside MSG and wins big. 131-09. The story for the Knicks
00:23 shorthanded and ultimately to bang up to win this game
00:27 outright. But Indiana goes on the road, booked as an
00:30 underdog, a two and a half point dog and puts up offensive
00:35 numbers that will live on in the history books of NBA
00:38 Playoff for 130 points on the road in Madison Square Garden
00:42 to win outright in game number seven. Just too much. I mean
00:46 Bob Donovich was down, Julius Randle was down. You saw
00:49 Josh Hart with the rib injuries there, Mitchell Robinson.
00:52 I mean sooner or later things are going to catch up to you
00:54 and they did. It was a valiant effort for the New York
00:57 Knicks for even making it this far, but still in a game
00:59 number seven, you expected greatness out of Brunson. The
01:02 shame of it all, you might have gotten that in the fourth
01:04 quarter if he had played, but did break his hand. Dante
01:07 DiVincenzo, 41 minutes, shot 21 times, 8 of 10 from the
01:11 free throw line, 9 of 15 from three-point range, just
01:13 trying to keep them around, but it was apparent the better
01:16 basketball team was the Pacers. Why? Their offensive
01:18 support because they were the healthy team coming into
01:21 it. Look at the starting lineup as you try to break it
01:23 down. You say we just talked about the Denver Nuggets and
01:26 what went wrong for them. Two superstar players getting
01:28 after, but nobody helping out. Look at the starting lineups,
01:30 Yacom, 20 points, Neesmith, 19, Turner, 17, Nembhard, 20,
01:35 Halliburton, 26 points. That's perfect. They were getting
01:38 it from every single side here, which included 67% as a
01:42 team from the floor in a game seven on the road. Absolutely
01:45 incredible performance out of the Pacers. Now, they're
01:48 going to move on and we'll talk more about that Celtic
01:51 series coming up, but also the New York Knicks, what could
01:53 have been for them, right? Because Brunson was on one of
01:55 those historic turns where I actually thought still after
01:58 being up 2-0 and all the injuries came out, even OG on
02:00 Anobe. I'm like, you know what? The Pacers still have to
02:02 win four to five games here. I don't think they can do it,
02:05 but credit the Pacers. Injuries or not, you started to beat
02:07 the team in their own building, which they were able to
02:09 do and quite frankly, going back to game number five,
02:12 they got crushed in Madison Square Garden, returned the
02:15 favor on the Knicks. They move on the Pacers in the
02:18 Eastern Conference Finals.
