Kabilang daw kasi sa mga paliwanag ay ang pagiging anak ng ama sa kasambahay nito. Si Senador Hontiveros naman, ipinuntong may mga kaduda-duda pa rin tulad ng pagiging incorporator ni Guo sa POGO sa Bamban kasama ng iba umanong may mga kaso abroad.

00:41 She explained it in the statement published on her social media page.

00:45 The Mayor also asked for a clarification in a statement posted online.

00:49 She said she's almost blank whenever she's in front of the Senators.

00:53 The questions in the Senate hearing about her identity are traumatic

01:05 She was left by her real mother when she was young.

01:08 She was raised and hid in a hog farm.

01:11 She was avoided from things that would give her recognition.

01:15 That's the reason why she has almost no experience.

01:21 and no paper or diploma of a formal education.

01:24 She only asked for her mother's name

01:28 when she was registered as a teenager.

01:32 She was avoided from asking questions

01:34 because she doesn't want to expose her 70-year-old father to the issue.

01:38 In both statements, Goh denied that she was involved in the raid on Bamban.

01:43 She didn't ask for a protector or was behind the illegal operation.

01:47 She's not a spy of any country.

01:51 She's a true Filipino.

01:55 As a mayor, she didn't receive any notice

01:58 about the illegal operations of POGO before the raid.

02:01 But she pointed out that it's licensed

02:04 and that POGO Compound has an office.

02:06 POGCOR has the responsibility to flag or suppress any violation of it.

02:12 We're still trying to get POGCOR to be allowed to be involved.

02:15 She also said that she was given a good job by the people

02:19 so she allowed the construction of POGO Hub.

02:22 But POGO Compound was already built before she became a mayor in 2022.

02:27 She was even listed as a company that applied for a permit in the municipality in September 2020.

02:33 Senator Risa Ontiveros is now a POGO Incorporator in Bamban

02:38 based on the documents she submitted in 2019

02:41 to the Securities and Exchange Commission or SEC.

02:44 The Chinese, Zhang Ruijin, and the Dominican, Bao Ying Lin,

02:49 were also convicted last month

02:52 after being involved in the largest money laundering case in Singapore.

02:56 Bao Ying is also facing charges.

02:59 Mayor Guo will be called by the NAPOCOM

03:02 as part of the process of removing the authority of the local police

03:08 to study if this act is based on something.
