00:00Assalam-o-Alaikum and good evening, I am Meher Bukhari.
00:03In the mega scandal of 300 billion rupees to provide wheat to the Nigraan government,
00:07the Nigraan government has got a clean chit.
00:09The inquiry committee has put all the responsibility on the officers
00:12and the Prime Minister has also appointed four officers and approved the inquiries of the inquiry committee.
00:18In the big scandal of 300 billion rupees, the former Secretary of National Food Security,
00:25Mohamad Asif has been given the approval to carry out the inquiry.
00:30Former DG Plant Production AD Abid, Food Security Commissioner 1 Dr. Wasim,
00:35Dr. Food Security Sohail and Director Food Security Punjab Imtiaz Gopang have also been given the approval to carry out the inquiry.
00:42After the wheat scandal, the Prime Minister has appointed four committees
00:46under the leadership of Secretary Kabina Division Kamran Afzal for the inquiry.
00:50This committee was given only four days to determine the responsibilities.
00:54This committee had to find out who gave the permission to import the wheat.
00:58How much quantity of wheat has to be imported?
01:00Whose responsibility was it?
01:01Who gave the permission to buy cheap wheat and sell it at high prices?
01:05The inquiry committee had to find out why the regulatory duty was not imposed on the imported wheat
01:10and who is responsible for it?
01:12And the committee had to determine that despite importing more wheat than required,
01:17why the Nigraan government did not inform the new government in search of these questions.
01:21The inquiry committee took 16 days instead of four.
01:24On May 5, the Prime Minister was called for a meeting on the issue of wheat in Model Town, Lahore.
01:28The Secretary of Kabina Division Kamran Afzal was instructed to submit a final report
01:34by arranging the inquiries while giving the complete clarification of the wheat scandal.
01:38And he had issued an order that the names of the responsible people should be brought forward without any fuss.
01:43But the inquiry committee did not allow the Nigraan government to ask for any responsible person.
01:49On May 4, it was revealed that the inquiry committee had asked for the former Nigraan Prime Minister, Inwar-ul-Haq Qaqar.
01:54But the head of the inquiry committee himself denied this news.
01:58On May 6, it was revealed that the committee had completed 90% of the work.
02:03And this report will be presented to the Prime Minister on May 7.
02:06But then this report was so long that it took 16 days to reach the Prime Minister.
02:10This scandal of wheat was revealed when the new crop of wheat was cut and ready.
02:15So the government was not ready to take wheat from the farmers.
02:19It was found that more than necessary wheat is already available in the government warehouses.
02:23When the poll of wheat revenue was opened on the initial investigation, the mega scandal was revealed.
02:27It was found that from August 2023 to March 2024, 330 billion rupees of wheat has been earned in the Nigraan government.
02:34And out of this, the quality of 13 lakh metric tons of wheat was extremely poor.
02:39In 13 lakh metric tons of wheat, insects were found.
02:41According to the initial investigations, the Nigraan government allowed the private sector to export wheat in September 2023.
02:48Despite the availability of wheat, the National Food Security asked for permission to export 35 lakh tons of wheat through the private sector.
02:55But in the first phase, permission was given to export 20 lakh tons of wheat.
02:59In the second phase, permission was given to export another 10 lakh tons of wheat.
03:03In the initial report, it was said that the economic contact committee gave permission to export wheat.
03:08In this regard, it was also revealed that in October 2023, the Nigraan government took permission to export wheat through a Circulation Summary.
03:16In this regard, the Minister of Commerce at that time, Dr. Gohar Ejal, the Minister of Treasury, Shamshad Akhtar and the Secretary of Food Security, Mohammad Mehmood, came forward.
03:25All of whom have not been made part of this investigation.
03:29And because of these people's decision, 34 lakh tons of wheat was exported from Ukraine.
03:33It was also revealed that the wheat was bought for Rs. 3,100 per month and sold for Rs. 3,500 per month.
03:41That is, Rs. 1,400 per month was made a profit and Rs. 85 billion was looted.
03:47It was also revealed that 71 cargos of wheat were exported from Ukraine and Bulgaria and insects were found in 26 cargos of wheat.
03:56By April 1, more than 40 lakh tons of wheat were available in the government warehouses.
04:01In the month of March, wheat was exported from Sindh, and in April and May, a new crop was exported from Punjab in large quantities.
04:07In one acre of land, 10 to 20 mans were increased.
04:11The 3 crore tons of bumper crop was made even more serious.
04:16The warehouses were already full of wheat.
04:19And the farmers had hoped that the government would buy this wheat from them at the best prices.
04:24On April 3, the government of Punjab and on April 8, the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa set aside Rs. 4,900 for the export of wheat.
04:31However, before this, the amount of wheat was set aside for Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 5,500.
04:36The government also buys flour mills from the government-declared warehouses.
04:40After the 18th amendment, the government sets the government rate for wheat.
04:44And the Subahi Mahakam of Khuraq and Piasco buy wheat at government prices and warehouses.
04:49Even though the government rate was low, the farmers were still happy.
04:52They had hoped that the bumper crop from the wheat production in Wafir Middar would meet their expectations.
04:58But the government started buying wheat with great difficulty.
05:01The government agreed to give the farmers only 6 sacks of wheat per acre.
05:06And even in these 6 sacks, only 15 mans of wheat could be put in.
05:10Whereas in one acre, 55 mans of wheat were produced.
05:13In this way, the farmers had to sell 40 mans of wheat on the streets.
05:18Due to the government's refusal to buy wheat, the farmers started selling wheat in the private sector.
05:24So the price of wheat also fell from Rs. 49,000 to Rs. 3,000.
05:28The hopes were fulfilled, but the farmers protested.
05:32And especially the farmers of Punjab came out.
05:35They set fire to wheat on the streets and also announced the Mulgir movement.
05:39And this movement was named Zaraat Bachao Pakistan Bachao.
05:43The farmers are protesting on the streets.
05:48They are protesting that the government has given one billion dollars to the country.
05:53And has given it to the farmers.
05:55The farmers have been given their share.
05:58But the farmers are not being given their share.
06:00If they had to eat commission after buying, they should have done this earlier.
06:03When their crop was about to come.
06:05They have destroyed the farmers.
06:08No one is going to ask them.
06:09The government has decided to raid the wheat.
06:12But the district administration is not able to buy it.
06:15In fact, the wheat that has been distributed has been bought by the mafia.
06:21The Prime Minister of Punjab, Maryam, was also left speechless on the farmers' protest.
06:27From April 22, the government and the farmers had a negotiation.
06:31But the result of this negotiation was that the Punjab government claimed the farmers' rights.
06:38As a result of the crackdown, 150 farmers were arrested.
06:42The Minister of Food and Rural Affairs of the state of Punjab admitted to this protest.
06:45But now, the Prime Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, is saying that there is no wheat protest or crisis.
06:52I have blocked the road that used to be full of corruption in buying wheat.
06:58And they say that there is a wheat protest.
07:01This is not happening. That is not happening.
07:03There is no wheat protest.
07:04There is no wheat protest.
07:08But the Punjab government also approved the farmer's card to convince the farmers.
07:12And instead of buying wheat from the farmers, it announced a loan of 150 billion rupees.
07:16And this wheat protest has been going on since April 20.
07:19The Punjab government is still not ready to buy wheat from the farmers.
07:23They are just refusing to believe it's even a crisis.
07:25However, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to buy 300,000 metric tons of wheat from the farmers of Punjab.
07:31The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is buying wheat from the farmers at a government rate of 39 rupees per ton.
07:36But there is also information that the Punjab government has set up check posts in important cities to prevent the smuggling of wheat.
07:46The farmers have been protesting on the streets since April 20.
07:50And despite the investigation of the mega scandal of the refunded wheat,
07:54now the Prime Minister has realized that he has to ask for a meeting on buying wheat.
07:59And in this meeting, the farmers of Punjab should not buy wheat.
08:02And they have to focus on all the issues.
08:05The sources say that the pressure of Mian Nawaz Sharif is increasing on Prime Minister Shabaz Sharif
08:09that the amount of wheat that can be bought from the farmers of Punjab through PASCO should be officially announced and bought.
08:15Viewers, questions were being asked from the government until yesterday about what they were doing.
08:19When is the report coming? But it was being reassured again and again.
08:22Take a look.
08:24Wheat has come from Ukraine to Pakistan.
08:262.4 million tons of wheat has come in the Nigran Stratum.
08:2810 lakh tons of wheat has come in the Noon League government from March 1 to April 30.
08:32Who is going to investigate it? Who made the summary?
08:35The Punjab government had set a rate of Rs. 4600 in Punjab.
08:38That wheat will not be issued at a price lower than this.
08:41Who set that?
08:42Why did the federal government allow the unlimited supply of imported wheat from Ukraine?
08:47At least tell us the name.
08:50Please expose those people who have done so much damage to the Punjabi commissioner.
09:01The government and Prime Minister Shabaz Sharif are very much concerned about this issue and are focused on it.
09:08You will see that the result will come.
09:11When we came, this whole process was going on and we stopped them.
09:17You can see that the meeting was of the Wheat Board.
09:20The minister at that time was K.Tekar.
09:23He gave the extension on March.
09:26We came and stopped them.
09:28If you look at the statement of the ex-federal minister, K.Tekar,
09:33that I had recommended that wheat should not be imported from Ukraine.
09:37That patience was approved against my recommendation.
09:41At that time, the Nigran Stratum,
09:43You can call them in the committee and ask them who approved it.
09:46It's all about K.Tekar.
09:48K.Tekar Stratum, what has happened.
09:50I am telling you to expose them.
09:53Please expose the Punjabi farmer in Pakistan.
09:56Do a little good.
09:58Food Minister Rana Tanvir was saying that the result will come and the result has come.
10:02That is, the poor farmers have been crushed.
10:06But on the other hand, the big crocodiles have been left open.
10:09No minister has been called.
10:11No minister has been called.
10:12No senior official has been made a part of this inquiry report.
10:15It was not specified in the inquiry report.
10:17Who gave the permission to import 64 lakh tons of wheat?
10:20Who was the one who brought the summary and who approved the summary?
10:23And whose pocket is filled by selling expensive wheat brought by the state to hell?
10:28In this regard, we have with us the leader of the opposition of Punjab, Malik Ahmed Khan Bachar Sahib.
10:33And Deputy Bureau Chief, ARY News, Azhar Farooq Sahib.
10:36Thank you both very much.
10:38Tell me, Malik Ahmed Sahib,
10:40that in the 300 crore rupee scandal of importing wheat during the Nigrahan government,
10:44the Nigrahan government has got a clean chit.
10:47The inquiry committee has put all the responsibilities on the officers
10:50and the Prime Minister has also appointed four officers and approved all the recommendations of the inquiry committee.
10:55It seems that the matter has been put to dust.
11:00Look, first of all, let me tell you that this is a big propaganda that they have done
11:07that this did not start in the Nigrahan government.
11:11This first summary of 10 lakh tons of wheat was made in the meeting of ECC on 13th July.
11:20And after that, their last meeting of ECC was on 8th August.
11:26In which they usually wind up things when the government is going.
11:34But they adjourned it and put it on hold.
11:38And after their meetings on 8th August,
11:41because I think that there was no difference between the Nigrahan government and them.
11:46The rest were in agreement on everything.
11:49Especially in matters of our Pakistan's justice system,
11:53they were completely one-sided.
11:55So in that, they called a meeting on 4th September.
12:01Which they called on 4th September.
12:04In that, there was a series of meetings on 13th July.
12:08And then on 20th September, they ordered 10 lakh tons of wheat.
12:13Whose notification is being made on 23rd September by the finance division.
12:21Actually, this is not the matter.
12:23Actually, this is the matter of their bad policy.
12:25See, their government was from 9th April,
12:28as I would say in the so-called Nigrahan government with Pakistan's justice system.
12:34And whatever this government did together.
12:37So why was their opinion different in the matter of wheat?
12:40That they differ from each other.
12:42And the next thing I will tell you,
12:44that this 300 Arabian Tika,
12:46these are 65 companies.
12:48And on 4th March, when this government came again,
12:53when this gap came in between.
12:55So till 31st March, they ordered 8 lakh tons of wheat.
12:59So how can you say that this is injustice?
13:02These are the same criminals.
13:04That is the old way of the noble families.
13:07That the officers of 20th grade, 19th grade, 21st grade,
13:12the secretaries, etc. were arrested.
13:14For some time, they will be missing from the scene.
13:17Again, they will come to some site.
13:19See, this is the loss of Pakistan.
13:22The loss of 1.5 billion dollars.
13:24Allow me to tell you, Azhar.
13:26Now, against the former Secretary of National Food Security,
13:30Mohammad Asif,
13:31some proceedings have been approved.
13:33Along with that,
13:34against the former DG of Plant Production,
13:36A.D. Abid,
13:37Food Security Commissioner 1,
13:39Dr. Wasim,
13:40and against him as well.
13:41And against the Director of Food Security, Sohail,
13:43and the Director of Food Security, Punjab, Imtiaz Gopal,
13:45has also been approved to be arrested.
13:47But the important characters,
13:49whose signatures were there,
13:50who led the meetings,
13:52including the Prime Minister,
13:53the caretaker, Anwarullah Kakar,
13:54who himself said in the interviews
13:56that I am ready to be presented.
13:58Why didn't you call him?
13:59Why didn't you make him a part of the investigation?
14:06First of all, let me tell you
14:08that the Secretary of National Food Security,
14:11Mohammad Asif,
14:12was charged on 25th January.
14:16Before that, he was not the Secretary.
14:17Mohammad Mehmood was the Secretary.
14:19There is no mention of him anywhere.
14:21And first, Mohammad Asif was suspended.
14:24And today, it has been approved
14:26to start an inquiry against him.
14:28Along with this,
14:29the other officials have also been held responsible.
14:32But as you have said,
14:34where are the real responsibilities?
14:37The Secretary of National Food Security,
14:40Mohammad Mehmood,
14:41who departs from here on 25th January,
14:45his real role was
14:47that he was the Secretary.
14:48He has also been given a safe path.
14:50He has been saved.
14:51Whereas, the ministers of that time,
14:53the Cabinet of Ministers,
14:54or the Prime Minister,
14:56have also been given a clean sheet.
14:58Actually, all the blame
15:00has been placed on these other small officials.
15:02And they have been made the scapegoat for the sacrifice.
15:05Anyway, these matters will continue.
15:08But did the committee call Gohar Ejaz,
15:10Shamshad Sahiba,
15:11Kakar Sahib,
15:12Mehmood Sahib,
15:13Mohammad Mehmood
15:15for an inquiry or not?
15:18No.
15:19No one was called.
15:21His name was mentioned.
15:22Maybe the committee called him.
15:23But all of them have insisted
15:25that no one has been summoned by the committee.
15:28No one has been forced by them.
15:30Nothing has been done.
15:31A committee was established on its own.
15:35A cabinet committee.
15:36And a committee was established before this as well.
15:38In light of this committee's efforts,
15:40only Mohammad Asif,
15:42the former Secretary of National Food Security,
15:44has been appointed.
15:45As I said earlier,
15:46he was appointed on January 25.
15:48And all of this happened before that.
15:50And after that,
15:51when this government came,
15:52the current government,
15:53after the 8th February election,
15:55even after that,
15:56this wheat was imported.
15:58And a large amount of wheat was imported.
16:01But there is no mention of it anywhere.
16:03Who is responsible for this ongoing process?
16:06If these officials were responsible in the Nigrahan government,
16:08then after that,
16:09when this government came,
16:10who is responsible for it?
16:13So, it seems that the real culprits have been saved.
16:17And the goat of sacrifice has been given to the other officials.
16:19Malik Ahmed Khan sahib,
16:20only 4 days were given.
16:21But this committee took more than 16 days to investigate.
16:24And then,
16:25the mountain was dug,
16:26the mouse came out.
16:27This is in front of us.
16:28As Azhar just said,
16:30even after this government came,
16:33wheat was imported.
16:35In that regard,
16:36what role has the Justice Movement played?
16:38Has it highlighted it?
16:39What are you doing?
16:42Look,
16:43I have already told you that
16:44on 4th March,
16:46the new government that they have formed,
16:48even after that,
16:498 lakh tonnes of wheat have been imported.
16:51This is the first thing.
16:52The second thing is that
16:53there are 65 companies
16:55who have benefited from this.
16:56The third thing is that,
16:58I am saying this again and again,
17:00that the first meeting of the ECC
17:02took place on 13th July.
17:04Then,
17:05Nawaz Sharif was the Prime Minister.
17:07After that,
17:08the next thing I will tell you is that
17:10on 8th August,
17:12I am repeating this again,
17:14they have made an emergency meeting.
17:16In this,
17:17the people of the government of Nawaz Sharif,
17:20the caretakers of the ECC,
17:24first of all,
17:25they have to be called.
17:26What do they call these poor secretaries?
17:28The secretaries who were telling us
17:30that on 25th January,
17:32the last shock has reached them.
17:37The thing is that,
17:38their intentions are corrupt.
17:40And let me tell you one more thing,
17:42it has never happened that
17:44you decide in September or October
17:47that you have to import wheat.
17:49Look,
17:50we had to find out about wheat now.
17:52You have 40 lakh tonnes already.
17:54You have ordered 32 lakh tonnes more.
17:57Now, the farmers are crying over there.
17:59The farmers are buying 40 kilograms of middlemen
18:03for Rs. 2,500 to Rs. 2,700.
18:06They are buying middlemen.
18:07And let me tell you one more thing,
18:09the new wave that will come,
18:10in November,
18:11they have to smuggle all their wheat.
18:14And after that,
18:15the new wave that will come,
18:16their wheat wave will start in November-December.
18:18So,
18:19since they have come with a jelly mandate,
18:21they are not worried about the people.
18:22So,
18:23they have made a bad state of Punjab.
18:25This is a criminal offence.
18:28On this,
18:29as they used to say,
18:30that I will drag Zardari on the streets.
18:32The farmers will drag them on the streets in this matter.
18:35Now, remember this time of mine.
18:37When they have committed that crime,
18:3978% of Pakistan's wheat is produced in Punjab.
18:43And with Punjab,
18:44they have made such a state that
18:45right now,
18:46the purchasing is completely shut.
18:48And whatever is happening,
18:49according to them,
18:50it is the same patwari,
18:51and AC,
18:52and wheat,
18:53whatever is happening.
18:55But right now,
18:56the poor farmer,
18:57the next wave,
18:58the cotton crop is being affected.
19:00The rice crop is being affected.
19:02They themselves are taking it towards a crisis.
19:05The TikTokers,
19:06who are the Chief Minister,
19:08they are breaking them.
19:09They are running the government of the people.
19:11But this is not done.
19:12Azad, these were the most important questions.
19:14Who gave the permission to import wheat?
19:16How much quantity do we have to import?
19:18Whose responsibility was this?
19:19Who gave the permission to buy cheap wheat and sell it at high prices?
19:22And then,
19:23the research committee had to find out about all these things.
19:26Why was the regulatory duty not given to the imported wheat?
19:29Did the answers to all these questions come forward?
19:32Yes,
19:33so far,
19:34no answer has come forward.
19:35And only that has been told,
19:36that the leaflets that have been sold to the Prime Minister,
19:39in those leaflets,
19:40it has been said,
19:41that these people should be killed.
19:43They are responsible.
19:44They are responsible.
19:45So, they have been suspended.
19:46The National Food Security Secretary,
19:49who took charge later,
19:50they have also been suspended.
19:51Now, it seems that
19:52the inquiry will start against them.
19:54Although,
19:55this is a very clear and determined matter,
19:58that this wheat,
19:59at that time,
20:00was the decision of the government,
20:02due to which it was imported.
20:04And,
20:05the statement of this,
20:06has been made by the Secretary-General himself,
20:09that we have imported this wheat.
20:11But, now,
20:12if Malwa has done something wrong,
20:14then,
20:15when the Secretary-General himself is saying,
20:17that we have imported this,
20:18then,
20:19why has this Malwa been put on these small officers?
20:21Why was the upper level not questioned in this regard?
20:24It seems,
20:25that
20:26they have been released.
20:29And,
20:30the whole sacrifice,
20:32has been made by these small officers,
20:33and now,
20:34they are trying to cover it up.
20:35Malik Ahmed Khan Sahib,
20:36on one hand,
20:37this is a storm,
20:38which the Prime Minister of Punjab,
20:40does not call a storm.
20:41Mariam Sahiba says,
20:42that this is not a storm.
20:43This is being done out of proportion.
20:45You have seen,
20:46that during disruptions and protests,
20:48the farmers were arrested.
20:50And, the government was also denying this.
20:52But,
20:53along with this,
20:54Tehreek-e-Insaaf,
20:55even after a walkout,
20:56you are going to challenge the Hath-e-Izzat Bill,
20:58in the courts,
20:59which was passed yesterday evening,
21:01by the Punjab Assembly.
21:02This Bill,
21:03and its passing,
21:04now you are going to challenge it.
21:06But,
21:07is there still any room in this,
21:09from the government,
21:10or is there any door open,
21:11so that you can once again,
21:12sit down and have a discussion?
21:16Look,
21:17this Reformation Bill,
21:18this,
21:19they,
21:20four days,
21:21five days ago,
21:22they sent the Select Committee,
21:23in Ujlaz.
21:24In that,
21:25twelve clauses,
21:26are there,
21:27which,
21:28contradict the eyes of Pakistan.
21:31If they,
21:32the first thing is,
21:336A,
21:348,
21:359,
21:3612,
21:3717,
21:3820,
21:3921,
21:4023.
21:41If they read this carefully,
21:42then,
21:43whoever has read this Bill,
21:44then,
21:45they will know,
21:46where this Bill came from,
21:47and how it came,
21:48and how they did the overnight call.
21:50In this,
21:51we have given fourteen amendments.
21:52They,
21:53did not own any of our amendments.
21:55This is the first thing.
21:56The second thing,
21:57is that,
21:58your media persons,
21:59yesterday,
22:00were present in the Assembly.
22:01They did a great favour,
22:02they came to our Chamber as well.
22:05So,
22:06after a two hour meeting with them,
22:08they were called,
22:09to take your suggestions.
22:10Their suggestions were also not taken.
22:12Now,
22:13after that,
22:14they did this,
22:15that in this Bill,
22:16total dictatorship can be seen.
22:18In this Bill,
22:19you can imagine,
22:20that the application of the Law of Martial Law,
22:22which is the law of the world,
22:24in which there is no application of evidence,
22:26you do not even bother to present any evidence.
22:30This is like,
22:31a throat is being choked,
22:33which is the freedom of speech,
22:34of Article 19.
22:36After that,
22:37their class 12,
22:39that you cannot commit anything,
22:41which will be proceeding on going.
22:44And if you tell,
22:45how many big cases there are,
22:47how many big cases there have been,
22:49in this,
22:50in this,
22:51what is such a big issue,
22:52that you cannot even talk about it.
22:54And,
22:55if you go into their punishments,
22:57if you go into the formation of their Tribunal,
23:00then three lawyers,
23:01will be presented,
23:02will be presented,
23:03the Chief Executive of the Punjab Government,
23:06that you have seen yourself,
23:08the state of the ATC Courts,
23:10that in Punjab,
23:11the judge is not feeling,
23:12the High Court,
23:13the consultation,
23:14which is said,
23:15with the consultation of,
23:16Chief Justice High Court,
23:18so the consultation,
23:19is being done by the Chief Justice,
23:20who is not putting,
23:21the judges of ATC,
23:22on their request,
23:23because in that,
23:24there are cases of,
23:25Pakistan Tariq-e-Insaf,
23:26there are cases of,
23:27our leaders,
23:28which are bogus cases,
23:29there are cases of,
23:30our workers,
23:31that is why,
23:32they are saying,
23:33not to put the judges,
23:34today,
23:35five major courts,
23:36are vacant,
23:37of ATC,
23:38see,
23:39the bill of,
23:40respect to the limit,
23:41this whole civil society,
23:42they had to,
23:43take on board,
23:44the biggest stakeholders,
23:45social media,
23:46print media,
23:47electronic media,
23:48this is,
23:49after that,
23:50civil society,
23:51what did they get,
23:52that in four days,
23:53they,
23:54as it is,
23:55the bill,
23:56which they,
23:57have made,
23:58as it is,
23:59they have not put,
24:00any if,
24:01any but,
24:02they have not put any comma,
24:03they have passed the bill,
24:04as it is,
24:05from the committee,
24:06we have,

24:15the wheat crisis,
24:16on the other hand,
24:17the bill of,
24:18respect to the limit,
24:19from the consultative action,
24:20in haste,
24:21in the dark,
24:22it is clear,
24:23from the statement,
24:24of objectives,
24:25that the public officials,
24:26are mentioned,
24:27and the private citizens,
24:28are mentioned,
24:29but in this,
