00:22 The Philippines is a center for the development and advancement of businesses.
00:29 This is what President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. said in the Indo-Pacific Business Forum in Taguig City.

00:39 particularly in being a part of the "Build Better More" program of the government.
00:43 More than 180 infrastructure priority projects are of value,
00:48 almost P10 trillion, are being targeted by the government.
00:52 With the public-private partnership code,
00:55 we have accelerated the delivery of critical projects.

01:32 we are leveraging our strategic geopolitical location,
01:36 economic engagements, and participation in regional agreements.
01:41 With this region accounting for over one-third of global economic activity,
01:46 this presents immense opportunities for our nation.
01:50 We are proud to be a major contributor,
01:55 with our GDP ranking amongst the fastest growing in the region,
01:59 coupled with our burgeoning population and significant trading outputs.
02:04 I am proud to share that our economic achievements have been outstanding.
02:09 Some of the Philippines' push for strategic partnerships is the Free Trade Agreement.
02:15 These agreements underscore our commitment to fostering economic growth
02:20 and international cooperation.
02:23 With RCEP, investors can access other markets from RCEP countries
02:28 by manufacturing and exporting their products from the Philippines.
02:32 There are also other game-changing reforms in the law
02:36 that can help support foreign investment.
02:39 Through these reforms, we assure you that the Philippine government is fully committed
02:45 to supporting and facilitating your business endeavors in our country.
02:50 We extend our hand in partnership and stand ready to provide any assistance
02:55 that you may require as you navigate the business landscape of the Philippines.
