00:18 Scott Hall Road on the 16th of January 2023. 35-year-old Jas Kamal Riyat of Buxton Avenue
00:26 in Leeds and 27-year-old Hardy Baku of Grant Row have both been charged with two counts
00:33 of causing death by dangerous driving. They have been released on bail and are due to
00:37 appear at Leeds Magistrates Court at later dates. Mr Baku will appear before city magistrates
00:43 on Wednesday 29th May. Mr Riyat is due to appear in court two weeks later on Wednesday
