00:16 And with every passing year, we're just getting further and further behind.
00:21 And we're losing the ability to do the work that we really need to do
00:26 and the work that we want to do in prevention, in education, and in early intervention.
00:32 And we don't have the vet clinic facilities.
00:37 So really, I think it is so important that we get that infrastructure
00:43 so that we can solve problems and we can do the work that we need to do in animal welfare
00:50 instead of just managing the numbers that's coming through our cells to do all of this.
