00:14With SPM results released today, applications for matriculation college places are expected

00:41place or scholarship, he said.
00:44Senator C. Sivaraj, who previously asked Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim to provide 2,500 matriculation
00:50seats for Indian students, said it is the right time for Puja Jaya to rectify this injustice.
00:55He said it was common knowledge that the Indian community lagged far behind and was
00:59in need of such assistance.
01:01Sivaraj said 1,600 matriculation seats were offered to Indian students in 2017, adding
01:07that Najib Razak as Prime Minister promised 2,200 seats the following year.
01:12However, the number of seats has been below 2,000 since then.
