Forza Horizon 5 is the latest installment in the racing simulation series developed by Playground Games. Retro vibes have arrived to the game with the Horizon Retrowave series. Players can unlock 5 reward cars, vibe on the Retro Highway, collect new EventLab props, and tune into a completely new radio station in Horizon Retrowave.

00:20 Let's start things off by welcoming a brand new radio station!
00:24 Tune in to Horizon Wave for a taste of musical retrofuturism.
00:29 Featuring popular artists like FM Attack and Miami Night, 1984 among others,
00:35 Horizon Wave resident DJ Isabel Moss hosts 21 songs to listen to during your relaxing night drives and exciting track days.
00:44 The festival will also celebrate the past with a brand new start screen featuring an Encanto remix
00:50 by Swedish Synthwave producer Mitch Murda which will also be available to listen to on Horizon Wave.
00:56 And what better way to enjoy those new tunes than by cruising through the Retrowave highway
01:02 full of lights that are going to bounce and react to the BPM of the songs playing out of your radio.
01:07 A sea of neon palm trees and barriers will illuminate the highway alongside a beautiful sunset
01:14 brought to you by the Retrowave drone show visible during daytime and extended nights of this series.
01:21 Lastly, you're going to be able to flood your event lab creations with your own dose of retro vibes with these 20 brand new props.
01:28 Some of them even include variants that will react to the BPM of whatever song is playing in your car, just like on the retro highway.

01:39 Keep those eyes peeled though because the highway is not the only place getting a makeover.
01:44 For the duration of the series, all events will come with a retro futuristic look featuring neon lights and other decor.
01:51 And speaking of events, a collection of past, present and future cars come together to conquer the streets of Mexico.
01:58 Unlock the modernized electric version of the Hyundai Pony, the 2022 Hyundai Envision 74 for 80 points as a series reward.
02:08 On the first week, you're going to be able to get your hands on Lamborghini's limited edition rebuilt Countach, the 2021 Lamborghini Countach LPI 804.

02:42 Unlock a turbocharged special edition as well of one of Britain's classics as the 1980 Lotus S3 Turbo becomes available on the third week of the festival playlist.
02:53 Winter season will then give you the chance to acquire the production version of a rally racer, the 1986 Citroen VX40C to be precise, to wrap up all your reward cars this month.
