On May 28, T-Mobile announced that
it will acquire most of competitor
U.S. Cellular in a massive $4.4 billion deal.
ABC reports that the deal would give T-Mobile,
already one of the largest wireless providers in
the United States, an additional 4 million customers.

hundreds of brick-and-mortar stores
and a wider presence in rural areas.
