00:05 This is the theme of the first-ever Regional Be The Painting, Handicraft Making, and Songwriting Challenge

00:11 led by DILG under their life-long-cherished program, "Drogay Ayawan" or "Be The Program".

00:18 The BJMP is a fun program where the works and arts are of more than 200 persons of private liberty

00:26 while the works are made by 80% of the population of the villages under the BJMP

00:34 that can be bought by the public.

00:37 The aim is to show the public the talented talents of the villages

00:42 that will give them the opportunity for the new life they are hoping for, their freedom.

00:49 It's a big help because when they are free, at least they learn skills

00:55 and they have confidence in themselves.
