True story: Recently I was helping someone to close a $20k+ deal. But we had spent weeks in a group chat “talking about ideas” and getting nowhere.

Our first step was get out of the group chat. Then to sharpen up communication - only send what is needed to close the deal. No more free help or brainstorming.

Within a few days the deal was closed through clients were back on track. Sometimes making yourself less available is the right move to force the client to get serious.
