A mum has split opinion online after revealing she manages her postpartum anger - by throwing ice into a bathtub.

Jennifer Hilton, 23, says she struggles with some aspects of being a new mum - and needs to let off some steam.

She's found that throwing ice into a bathtub at her home in Pickens, South Carolina, helps.

But after posting a video on TikTok she has received some backlash - although others have come out in her support.
