CJI DY Chandrachud: अगर आप सरकारी नौकरी (Government Job) करते हैं तो ये खबर पूरी तरह से आपके लिए ही है. दरअसल एक लंबी बहस चली आ रही है कि कई सालों तक सरकारी नौकरी करने वाले कर्मचारियों के पास प्रमोशन (Promotion Right of Employees) लेने का अधिकार है कि नहीं. कार्यालयों में कर्मचारियों के बीच चली आ रही थी. जिसके बाद ये मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) पहुंचा. जिसपर सुप्रीम कोर्ट की 3 जजों की बेंच (Supreme Court Bench) ने सुनवाई की. इस बेंच की अगुवाई सीजेआई डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI Chandrachud) ने की. वहीं इस बेंच में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जज जस्टिस जेबी पारदीवाला (Justice JB Pardiwala) और जस्टिस मनोज मिश्रा (Justice Manoj Mishra) शामिल रहे. सुप्रीम कोर्ट की इस तीन जजों की बेंच ने अब इस अपना फैसला सुना दिया है. चलिए जानते हैं सुप्रीम कोर्ट से सरकारी नौकरी वालों को राहत मिली है या फिर ये फैसला उनके लिए बुरी खबर लेकर आया है.
