00:00You really do think that the Fireblade is a good bike to have?
00:03100% yeah definitely, obviously look at how well it's done at the Supertop Champs for example,
00:08the bike, the results speak for itself, but no I'm looking forward to moving forward with the bike,
00:13obviously the opportunity to get on a brand new motorbike, the Fireblade is a new bike,
00:18the new CBR600 this year, so I'm looking forward to the challenge of it all really,
00:23and try to get a bit faster. The 600 is a new CBR?
00:28Yeah new CBR600RR.
00:29The R6 last year, first time off at Kawasaki, you jumped on the R last year didn't you?
00:35Yes.
00:35And you seemed to get on with that okay, you seemed to like that,
00:38but now a change again, back to a Honda?
00:41Yeah, my first ever racing bike was a Honda to be honest, a 2003 CBR600RR,
00:46so jumping back onto a CBR600RR I was like putting on an old pair of slippers almost.
00:51But you said before, you know he's back on with Padgett, he says actually the bike hasn't
00:55changed much since he started, you know the CBR is much the same bike as it was when he started.
01:00Yeah no there's quite, the new one now has got quite a lot of different things on it,
01:03but it just, there is some similarities there and you could feel that, and it would be nice
01:07to be honest because the older bike was a brilliant bike and the new one's more so again,
01:12it took a step in the right direction, so no I'm looking forward to riding that,
01:15the chassis is unbelievable, it handles so well, so I'm looking forward.
