00:00 What's it like playing alongside him? We can see the moments of magic he produces in games, from self-help, in assists, what's it like playing with him?
00:08 He's fast, I can say that for one. Yeah, he's just unpredictable, like, Devon can just do things from nothing, can't he?
00:16 So, just got to try and keep up with him. He does guide me around the pitch, so listening to him, it's pretty easy to get around.
00:25 He obviously led as captain on Saturday at the Hall of Fame stadium, is he the same on the field with you on that edge?
00:31 Does he lead you around, tell you the right places to be in attack and in defence?
00:35 Yeah, most definitely. I'm never left confused, like, Devon will tell me what to do, or I'll tell Devon what I want, he'll listen, and then we'll try and execute.
00:45 It's a gruelling combination, isn't it? One that's obviously enjoying success on the field so far.
00:49 Yeah, it's good to obviously get a good connection with your edge, outside of rugby as well. Just seeing all that on the pitch that you're all together in.
00:58 What is it, off the field, do you get up to watch it as a team or as a combination, just to make sure that connection's there?
01:04 Yeah, as a team we will go for some coffee sometimes, we will all go about, like, before we went on a walk. We do get about sometimes.
01:13 So, yeah, it is good to build a connection with the boys, but I do chill with the younger end, like Harvey Hill, Zac Eccles-Lee, Dougie. I do chill with them a little bit more.
