00:00 The celebrity endorsements are rolling in for the presidential campaign season.
00:05 And Donald Trump has gotten one that has really surprised a lot of people.
00:10 Amber Rose, who was apparently at an event with the former president and first lady recently,
00:18 she posted this photo with a very simple caption, "Trump 2024."
00:23 Well, it was a very simple caption that got a ton of comments and backlash from some of
00:31 Amber's fans and supporters who have felt like she was always someone who stood for
00:37 feminism, that she, you know, look, here in Hollywood, Amber is famous for organizing
00:43 an annual event called the Slut Walk that is all about not shaming women for what they
00:48 wear and their choices in society.
00:52 But a lot of people feel like supporting Donald Trump flies in the face of that.
00:58 And she also, she made a point about abortion.
01:00 Yeah.
01:01 She made a point of talking about abortion.
01:03 Yeah.
01:04 She said, "Blank y'all think Biden cares about black people?
01:07 Sad.
01:08 Do your research.
01:09 I did.
01:10 I'll always put women first.
01:11 Y'all want biological men in women's sports?
01:15 Trump supports the most reasonable compromise on abortion.
01:18 Stop being brainwashed because we're people of color.
01:21 Make your own decisions."
01:22 Now, I will say that when you look at the polling, there are a lot of people of color
01:31 who are moving over to the Trump side for various reasons.
01:34 A lot of Hispanic people are actually against Biden's immigration policies and that was
01:40 a driving force in increasing Trump's popularity there.
01:45 So that's kind of, it is kind of interesting.
01:46 Yeah, I get confused sometimes because you never hear anyone say, "Oh, white people should
01:52 vote for," and then plug in the candidate.
01:54 For some reason, the Hispanic vote and the black vote, they're often talked about as
01:59 if it's like a monolithic group that has to vote one way.
02:02 But also because it can make a big difference in the election.
02:04 Oh, no.
02:06 And make no mistake about it.
02:07 And I actually looked up the numbers.
02:09 So at this time in 2020, Biden had 81% of support amongst the black voters and Trump
02:16 had 9%.
02:17 That's now at 22% for Trump and 69% for Biden.
02:20 If that holds, Donald Trump is going to be president of the United States.
02:24 Make no mistake about that.
02:26 Joe Biden cannot win with these numbers.
02:28 It can't happen.
02:29 Well, I mean, people are obviously talking about that.
02:32 I want to get back to the voting block issue.
02:34 That's really nothing new.
02:35 That Jews used to be, you know, pride and true Democrats.
02:39 Gays the same way.
02:41 And I just think that society has become so much more homogenized where it's not a clear
02:49 thing on any one side where there's predictability in terms of how people are going to vote.
02:56 I don't know.
02:57 I mean, you know what's interesting about it?
02:58 Well, it can't be monolithic because not everybody has the same issue that's most important.
03:03 That's right.
03:04 Right.
03:05 And that's what you're going to vote.
03:06 That's absolutely true.
03:07 What issues are most important.
03:08 You know, it's really interesting.
03:09 I mean, Amber Rose has an ally when it comes to supporting Trump, which is a guy that she
03:15 dated.
03:16 Yes.
03:17 Assuming that Kanye West is still a Donald Trump supporter.
03:20 I think that's probably fair to assume.
03:23 Interesting.
03:24 By the way, closing arguments will happen a week from today in the hush money trial.
03:30 I think Amber Rose is just the opportunist.
03:32 I feel like she's going to go wherever her money is going to be safe.
03:35 And like they also stated, you know, she did date Kanye West and she's going to go where
03:40 the money is.
03:41 She doesn't really care about women's right at this point.
03:43 It's where her money is going to be safest to me.
03:45 Well, you know, and if you're right, it does kind of speak to what Charles just said, which
03:49 is people get motivated by different issues.
03:53 And yeah, some people get motivated on the money side.
03:55 Some people get motivated on the immigration side and women's right side.
03:59 It's complicated.
