Lenny Kravitz might be a well-known sex symbol ... but that’s kinda fading in light of this news -- namely, him being celibate for a whopping 9 years while on his spiritual journey.

00:00Lenny Kravitz, he, all I think of when I think of Lenny Kravitz, aside from his music, is he has dated so many beautiful women.
00:09I think of the abs and leather pants, personally.
00:11I'm sure you think of another incident that happened with him as well.
00:13Yes, I do.
00:15So, look, he has been a player for a long, long time. Dated Nicole Kidman.
00:20Yep.
00:21Engaged to Nicole Kidman.
00:22And then was actually married to Lisa Bonet.
00:24Right.
00:25In 1991, but they actually got divorced because he cheated on her.
00:27That's right.
00:28Yes.
00:29Maybe that's relevant here.
00:31Lenny hasn't had sex in nine years.
00:33Mind-blowing.
00:35This is what he said, that he has not had sex in nine years.
00:38He says, it's a spiritual thing.
00:40I've become very set in my ways, in the way I live.
00:43And what he's saying is that he doesn't want to have sex again, I guess, until he finds the right person.
00:50And he feels like by not doing it that way, he's going to go down a path that he says he mimicked from his father,
00:57who was married, by the way, to Roxy Roker, who was one of the stars of The Jeffersons.
01:01And the father, his dad, cheated on Roxy, and he kind of feels like he repeated that conduct.
01:08Well, because the dad always said, you're going to have the same lifestyle as I do.
01:11And he kind of did, and now he's trying to change it.
01:13And he's trying to change it, but he's been trying to change it for nine years.
01:15That's what I don't understand. How has Lenny Kravitz not met the one in nine years?
01:18Every girl's throwing him, like, they all want Lenny.
01:21I mean, I've never been more stunned than when I saw this headline this morning.
01:25And, I mean, the first thing that at least came to mind for me is, like, what a waste, man.
01:29I mean, what a waste for one, a waste of opportunity, because you can imagine he'd probably get with just about any woman on earth.
01:36And not only that, but it's like, dude, you're 60 years old. How many more years do you got, right?
01:41I mean, he's got a few.
01:42I'm going to take that personally.
01:44I know.
01:45But anyway.
01:46He's got a few left in him.
01:47But you don't expect Lenny Kravitz to be solid for nine years.
01:51Can I just say something?
01:52Are you going back to Devon?
01:53No, no, I'm not going back to Devon so much.
01:54I'm going to go to Cameron, my assistant.
01:56Okay.
01:57I mean, this is crap on old people day.
01:59Devon just did that with Lenny.
02:01Uh-huh.
02:02I want to tell you what happened today.
02:03Cameron gave me a menu, because we order out for lunch.
02:05Yeah.
02:06And the menu is really light.
02:08I mean, the print is light.
02:10And I couldn't read it.
02:11So I handed him, I said, can you read this?
02:13And he looked at me and he said, of course I can read this.
02:15And I said, how can you read this?
02:17And he said, dude, I'm 50 years younger than you.
02:20I mean, it's very true.
02:21I do this all the time with you when you're tracking in the back.
02:24I have to blow up the font by like 30 cents.
02:26I know, but I think I know your record.
02:28I didn't think Cameron was that way.
02:30Cameron's been here for a while now.
02:32Cameron's gotten really comfortable.
02:34That's Cameron, by the way.
02:35That's Cameron.
02:36Anyway, back to Lenny.
02:38And this is Cameron's last day, everyone.
02:40So bye, Cameron.
02:41But no, but seriously, back to Lenny.
02:43I don't know if you remember.
02:45It's kind of relevant now that just a couple of days ago,
02:48Gayle King made her play.
02:51Do you have a significant other in your life?
02:53And can I beat her ass if she is?
02:56Oops, did I say that out loud?
02:58No.
02:59Wow.
03:00And I'm nonviolent, Lenny Kravitz.
03:03But do you have a partner?
03:04Do you have love in your life?
03:05Right now, I'm just open.
03:07Well, Gayle's clearly in the market.
03:09I mean, every girl's in the market for Lenny.
03:11Even if you're married, you would still go for Lenny.
03:13But I was like, this is smart of him because now every single girl
03:16wants to be the one who has to give it back up.
03:19That's actually a really good point.
03:20It's brilliant of him because now everyone's like,
03:22okay, how can I get Lenny to be the one?
03:24That's a good point.
03:25Hi, my name is Lashay Sweeney, and I'm from Philadelphia.
03:28And I think that this is probably a really healthy journey
03:30that he maybe needed to take because sometimes, you know,
03:32you can get wrapped up with so many different other people,
03:34end up in unhealthy relationships,
03:36and end up losing yourself in the process.
03:38So it's good to see him keeping his pants and, you know,
03:40staying to himself.
03:41And so he feels like he found the right one.
03:43Yeah.
03:44♪♪♪
