In his latest book ‘The System: Who Rigged It, How We Fix It’, Robert Reich argues that power and wealth in the US are concentrated within the same group of wealthy individuals and corporations who hold much power over the economy. Are there parallels in other countries like Malaysia? He is co-creator of the award-winning documentary film Inequality for All, and the co-founder of Inequality Media. He has served in three US administrations, including as Secretary of Labor in the Clinton Administration, for which Time Magazine named him one of the ten most effective cabinet secretaries of the twentieth century. Robert Reich was a speaker at the International Social Wellbeing Conference 2024, organised by EPF.
