Here's how much the price of some of Burger King's most popular items have gone up since 2019.

00:14We compared 2019 prices from fastfoodmenuprices.com
00:17with 2024 prices at a Los Angeles location
00:21and found the Whopper soared from $4.19 to $7.79.
00:24Double bacon cheeseburgers went from $2.29 to $4.99.
00:28The original chicken sandwich jumped from $4.09 to $7.59.
00:32219 medium fries would now take you back $3.89.
00:36And finishing off your meal with a shake
00:38went from $3.09 to $4.99.
00:40Seems like cash instead of taste is actually king.
