00:05 Welcome back to TMZ Sports, Mike and Mojo.
00:08 Mojo, we've talked so much about the Scotty Scheffler incident.
00:11 Remember, mid-May PGA Championship in Louisville,
00:15 Scotty Scheffler was trying to get
00:17 to the course for the second round of his golf tournament.
00:22 And he had that incident with the police officer.
00:26 It was bad, we were told, Mojo.
00:28 The police officer sustained injuries to his wrist
00:31 and to his shin.
00:32 Also, suffered a pair of ripped pants, Mojo.
00:36 We haven't seen those injuries.
00:38 That is, until now, because the Louisville Police Department
00:42 has sent us the injury photos, Mojo.
00:45 And buckle up here.
00:46 If you're queasy, you might want to look away.
00:48 Just kidding.
00:49 They're not that bad at all, guys.
00:50 Take a look.
00:51 There is the wrist injury, Mojo.
00:54 And there, if you look close enough,
00:56 is the aforementioned shin injury.
01:00 We wish the officer a speedy recovery.
01:03 I'm just kidding.
01:04 He was obviously checked out, Mojo.
01:06 He is OK.
01:06 There are the ripped pants.
01:08 The charges, of course, which included three misdemeanors
01:11 and one felony charge, were subsequently dropped
01:13 a couple of days later, about two weeks later.
01:16 And Scotty Scheffler is now completely in the clear.
01:19 The officer is OK, back at work.
01:21 All's well that ends well.
01:22 But I think I expected them to be a bit worse, Mojo.
01:25 I'll be honest.
01:26 I don't know, Babcock.
01:27 I don't know if it gets any worse than that.
01:29 I am stunned that this man is back at work,
01:33 that he was able to suit up and ride once more.
01:36 I mean, we've seen some nasty injuries in all sports,
01:40 Babcock.
01:41 We cover them right here on TMZ Sports all the time.
01:44 I think this is the most debilitating injury I've ever
01:49 seen in my entire life.
01:51 The blood loss that must have happened here,
01:55 I don't even know what to say about it.
01:57 I am feeling a little bit queasy.
01:59 So if I fall out, forgive me.
02:01 Just call Grace and check on me whenever I wake up or whatever.
02:05 But I'm stunned that this didn't result in both men
02:11 being forced to retire, one for inflicting these wounds
02:15 and the other for sustaining them.
02:17 There's going to be massive lawsuits to come.
02:19 We're talking billions of dollars.
02:21 This man may never recover mentally either.
