00:04 Totally astounded, to be quite honest with you, but very humbled and very proud that I have achieved such an award.
00:11 Henry is such a genuine person who just is always the first to step in if there's a problem,
00:16 the first to say, look, this is how we do this, do you need a bit of help?
00:20 And just his caring nature comes across in everything that he does.
00:25 I'm a great believer in the group aspect, bringing people together of all capabilities.
00:31 He is always the first here, the last to leave. And that is something that our students see.
00:36 You know, he is passionate about his subject and he wants to convey that to our students and indeed the staff.
00:42 Further education is the gateway. It's a gateway to the rest of the student's life.
00:48 Should they be 16, should they be 60. And it's been one of the biggest rewards of my life.
00:54 Henry, there is no one more deserving of this award than you.
00:59 I just want to thank you on behalf of the construction team for everything that you have done for us over the years,
01:05 for always pushing us to be better lecturers, for always investing your time so generously within our students
01:12 and just for being the genuine and caring person that you are.
01:15 But most of all, we'd like to thank you for being our colleague, but also just we wish you well as a very dear friend.
