Steph's incompetence when dealing with a vulnerable child is unintentionally exposed by new English teacher Jasmine, while Eddie is left to pick up the pieces and finds a novel solution to the boy's problems. In the process Jack has to face his worst fears. Meanwhile, auditions for Matt's musical get off to an amusing start, Eddie exposes a school fight club, and as Brett begins tutoring Chlo a spark ignites between them.
