00:43 The militia vessels were even radio challenged by their BRP ship to go to the rescue.

00:50 The militia vessels were not even fishing.

00:54 This is now monitored by the Philippine Navy and the Coast Guard.

00:57 Rosorif is inside the exclusive economic zone of the Philippines.
