00:00The Mayor of Porac, Pampanga has already spoken, where the biggest illegal pogo in the country was discovered.

00:20That is the defense of Mayor Jaime Capil of Porac, Pampanga this morning.

00:25After discovering here in their town, the biggest pogo compound that was discussed by the authorities

00:32because it is said to be included in human trafficking, torture, scam and prostitution.

00:39Earlier in the flag raising ceremony in the municipality, Mayor Capil said that as of 2024,

00:45they did not give a local permit to the Lucky South 99 that operates the so-called pogo compound

00:51because it violates the regulations of the BFP or Bureau of Fire Protection.

00:56If he is the protector of the pogo, he should have removed this simple violation from the BFP.
