00:00 I took the job because I believe in the potential of the team.
00:06 But I'm trying to challenge them to think about how strong and professional and clear
00:13 they can be in terms of individually, how they can develop themselves in this world
00:19 of professional football, and then what it means to the national team.
00:22 And this will not be an emphasis of just what we're trying to do when we're together, but
00:27 I think in all ways that they can be fitter, they can be stronger, they can be more aggressive
00:33 even with their national teams.
00:35 I want to help them not just think about the way they think about the game here, but also
00:40 overall how they want to develop themselves.
00:42 And part of it is being brave and courageous even against the best opponents.
00:47 And I think that was one of the best things to see today, is that tactically they were
00:50 organized and it allowed them to feel, to be aggressive even against some of the best
00:56 players in the world.
