CBI court convicts former DIG, DSP in fake encounter case
ਝੂਠੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਗੁਲਸ਼ਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੌਜੁਆਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਇਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਸੁੱਟ ਇਕੱਠੀਆਂ ਫੂਕੀਆਂ ਸਨ
ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਦੀ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਲੋਂ ਸਾਲ 1993 ਵਿਚ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਗੁਲਸ਼ਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਤਰਨ ਤਾਰਨ ਘਰੋਂ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਝੂਠੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਮਾਰਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਡੀ ਆਈ ਜੀ ਦਿਲਬਾਗ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ 7 ਸਾਲ ਕੈਦ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਡੀ ਐੱਸ ਪੀ ਗੁਰਬਚਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਉਮਰ ਕੈਦ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਜੁਰਮਾਨਾ ਸੁਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਤਿੰਨ ਹੋਰ ਪੁਲਸੀਏ ਏਨਾ ਲੰਮਾ ਕੇਸ ਚੱਲਦਿਆਂ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਮੌਤ ਮਰ ਗਏ ਸਨ।
ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਚਮਨ ਲਾਲ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਫਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੇਹੜੀ ਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਜਵਾਨ ਪੁੱਤ ਗੁਲਸ਼ਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਤਲ ਲਈ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਹਾਕੇ ਲੜਾਈ ਲੜੀ। ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਡਰਾਵਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਲਚਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਕਾਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਪਰ ਇਹ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਵੇਖਣ ਤੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਸਮਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਕਾਲ ਚਲਾਣਾ ਕਰ ਗਏ। ਮਗਰੋਂ ਗੁਲਸ਼ਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦੇ ਭਰਾ ਨੇ ਖਾਲੜਾ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਪੈਰਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖੀ।
