I created these affirmations to help train your subconscious mind to un-learn the 'scary-ness' to the shadow self. Some people fear their inner most thoughts. Some people repress them. Some people would rather stuff these unwanted feelings into boxes and throw them into the darkest, deepest recess of their mind.

I know because I used to be one of those people. unknown to me at the time, the traumas and thoughts I was running from, the things I thought I could ignore, the parts of myself that I was too afraid to look at; they were ruining my life. And worse yet, they were running my life.

I started my site to help others who are stuck in the same mindset I once was. I cover topics such as the shadow self, inner child healing, mindset awareness, and other spiritual related topics. I even blog about my own experiences and things that I have found that help me run my own life, rather than life running me.
