Keith Kerinauia murder trial hears from mother of fatal stabbing victim Declan Laverty

During the second day of evidence in Keith Kerinauia’s murder trial, it has been revealed that Declan Laverty’s mother, Samara Laverty, knew her son carried a knife to work. Mr Kerinauia is pleading not guilty to the murder of 20-year-old bottle shop worker Delcan Laverty following a stabbing incident last year with his lawyers arguing he acted in self-defence.
