00:00The court in Timor-Leste put Arnulfo Tevez Jr., a former Negros Oriental 3rd District representative,

00:07while he was hearing his extradition case.

00:10In the picture released by his accomplice,

00:12it was seen that Tevez was not wearing a detention uniform with his lawyers in Timor-Leste.

00:16According to the translated documents provided by Timorese News website Hatutan,

00:21the Court of Appeals of Timor-Leste said that Tevez was living in a house with his wife and children

00:26and was earning more than Php 580,000, almost Php 880,000 per month as a partner in construction.

00:34The Court of Appeals ordered Tevez to leave Timor-Leste.

00:39However, it will be forced by their law to stay at home, so the house arrest was ordered.

00:45According to the Department of Justice,

00:47Tevez was guarded and only family members can visit him.
