WATCH: Heroic police officers faced with terrifying firearm incident at Gosport address
The police have released video footage of a terrifying moment they attended an address in Carr Court, Davenport Close, shortly before August 28 last year to arrest 54-year-old Damian Mazurkiewicz for an unrelated matter.
Attending officers entered the address where they found Mazurkiewicz holding an imitation firearm.
PC Emma Davies, PC Tim Clarkson, Sgt David Gibbs, PC Nathan Fulton and PC Scott Thomson, have all been nominated for national Police Bravery Awards 2024 for their heroic actions.
