A boss paid for her employees $21k boob job and said she will do anything to help her employees out.

Sharlene Lee, 28, has been a salon owner for 30 years and now employs 52 members of staff across two locations in Perth, Australia.

She says she does anything to support her staff members, including sponsoring them for a visa, helping them get a mortgage and buying them a car.

In April 2024, team member, Georgie Fink, had a boob job booked in and wanted to go from a size C to a double D.

Georgie rang Sharlene in a panic and told her she would have to cancel her boob job as she wouldn't get the money from the bank in time.

Sharlene told Georgie not to worry and she would loan her the $21k needed until the bank would release her cash.

Georgie, a senior stylist, said: "A week before I had to pay it, I went to the bank.

"I had all the money there, but the bank messed me around and said I had to wait 31 days.

"I thought I would have to cancel it all, rebook it and ask for more time off later in the year.

"But Sharlene put my boobs on her Amex."

Sharlene, a salon owner, from Perth, Australia, added: "Georgie called me on my weeks off and said she had to cancel her boob job.

"The bank told her she had to go through all these different protocols to get her money.

"The surgeon needed the money and she told me she would need to cancel.

"I said 'definitely f*cking not'. I borrowed the money and now she has the boobs."

Georgie, had her boob job in Australia and time off booked in April 2024.

As she was preparing for her time off, she got in touch with her bank to withdraw the $21k she had saved up.

Georgie successfully got her boob job and paid Sharlene back in full once the back gave her the money she had saved.

Sharlene said: "I have 52 team members and at the end of the day I will help anyone.

"People think their goals are far away, if I can help them achieve their goals I do.

"I wanted to give back and that is exactly what I am doing."

Sharlene's kindness doesn't stop there, she had helped team members get on the housing ladder and even get their dream car.

In 2008, Jeanette Robinson, came over to Australia on her ex-boyfriends visa and was worried she wouldn't be able to stay in Australia.

Sharlene told Jeanette not to worry and she would help her out.

She said: "Jeanette was like 'what the hell am I going to do'.

"She wasn't in a good place and I said 'don't worry Jeanette, you don't need a f*cking man - I will do it'.

"I sponsored her and she has worked with me ever since - she is a big part of the brand."

A few years ago, Jeanette spoke to Sharlene and told her how she thought she was never going to get on the housing ladder.

Sharlene said the pair should go halves on the house.

Sharlene said: "I said we should go halves on a house together and that is what we did.

"She then met her beautiful husband and they both bought me out and now they own the house.

"I never made money on the house - I just wanted to look after the
