00:00I'm really hoping to personally see a shock and an upset in the opening game of the Euros
00:06because I was there in the World Cup in 1998 when Scotland played Brazil in the opening
00:09game in Paris and you know we performed really well. This isn't quite Brazil and we actually
00:16might be even stronger than we were then because we've got a great group of players and apart
00:20from anything else we have got an amazing team spirit that's been built by Stevie Clark
00:24and of course all the Scotland fans that are going to be there. So we're going to have
00:28the Scotland fans, we're going to have that team spirit, we're going to have that run
00:31that we had in the qualifying of real belief. We had some big scalps as well, it's tough,
00:37it's against Germany. They are coming into a bit of form now, they've got some great
00:42players like Rudiger, like Kai Havertz and Kroos. It's fine, that's good. Do you think
00:48that any of the Scottish players will be fearful of them? The answer is no, not a chance in
00:53the world. That's not McTominay, that's not John McGinn, that's not Robertson, they have
00:57no reason to be fearful. So we were going out there saying, let's go and have a go and
01:01try and beat them. I played against Germany in the Euros in 92. We could beat 2-0 but
01:07we absolutely battered them in the second half. We should have gone at them in the first.
01:10So Scotland, go for a moment to start.
