01:29The diplomatic relations between the Philippines and Hungary were established on September 28, 1973.

01:49Well, it's important because Hungary is a member of the EU and they have indicated that they support our efforts at resolving any disputes or differences through international law and through the respect of rules-based order.

02:11The DFA said that it will study the military drill conducted by the Chinese People's Liberation Army or PLA Navy inside the Philippines' Exclusive Economic Zone.
02:21Well, as we've always said, we want to manage it peacefully and that if there are any incidents which raise tensions, that's certainly something that we would like to avoid.
02:30And so, we say it's really important to see how we can manage that and to avoid actions that would tend to raise tensions.
