Penulis buku Ahmad Bahar meluncurkan bukunya yang berjudul Gibran The Next President di Kota Solo, Jawa Tengah, pada, Jumat (14/6).

00:00The book Gibran The Next President, written by Ahmad Bahar, was officially launched in a cafe in Solo, Central Java, on Friday, June 14, 2024.

00:14The book launch was attended by dozens of Solo residents.

00:18After the book launch event, Ahmad Bahar said his goal in launching the book Gibran The Next President was something he did as a writer.

00:27According to him, every public figure has the right to be stripped from any aspect, depending on the writer's courage.

00:34Ahmad Bahar admitted that there was no political tendency in choosing the title.

00:39The title was chosen simply to attract readers.

00:43He also wanted to show the public that the book he wrote was actually related to culture.

00:50You have to be bold.

00:52Because if you're not bold, it's hard to do it.

00:56But we talk more about culture.

01:01So I'm not a politician.

01:04I mean, being a supporter of someone or being paid by someone is not the same.

01:09Bahar added that he used to write about well-known national politicians.

01:15Many of his books talk about who the next president or governor of a province will be.

01:20He hopes that this book can ease the tension in society due to the difference in political choices during the election.
