01:18They go and stop people from robbing stores.

01:21You go to some of these departments, over 500 people walk into the stores.

01:25They walk out with air conditioning.

01:27They strip the whole store.

01:29The company goes out of business.

01:30The store is vacant for 25 years.

01:32The whole city becomes a slum.

01:35And if you do anything, there's a law enforcement person.

01:38They take away your house.

01:39They take away your family.

01:40They take away your pension.

01:42We're going to make it so that we're going to give them essentially immunity.

01:46We're going to make it that they are not going to be losing their pension.

01:49They're not going to be losing their life.

01:51And we're going to get life back to them.

01:53We know exactly the life we've been talking about.

01:56It was a life of common sense.

01:58It was a life where there was no crime.

02:00There was no people getting bopped over the head when they weren't looking,

02:03getting pushed into a railroad train or a subway.
