00:10The China Coast Guard announced that some of its people
00:14attacked the Philippine ships in the incident in Ayungin Shoal yesterday.
00:18According to CCG Spokesperson Gan Yu, based on the China Daily,
00:22they issued a warning before attacking and inspecting the Philippine ships
00:27and fired them.
00:29Gan said that this was a reasonable, lawful, and professional action by CCG.
00:34According to China Daily, this is the first time that CCG had an onboard inspection
00:39on any Philippine ship.
00:41According to the 2016 Arbitral Ruling,
