00:43Cebu Pucol, Sulu Archipelago, Zamboanga Peninsula, Maguindanao, Sultan Kudrat and South Cotabato.

00:49By the afternoon, the rain will be widespread in almost the entire country.

00:53Heavy to intense rains like what is expected in Ilocos Region, Zambales, Bataan, Mindoro Provinces, Palawan, Paray Island and a large part of Mindanao.
