00:50And I assume that we're going to be talking about that subject at the debate.

01:04You know, they made an offer to me that I couldn't accept.

01:08They said, let's offer him Jake Tapper, CNN will go Jake Tapper, CNN, fake Tapper, CNN.

01:21Let's have no audience.

01:23Let's have both parties sitting down.

01:26Let's have just a sealed room with just the two of them, plus, I guess, a couple of hosts.

01:33So that was an offer that nobody would accept.

01:37I said, I'll do it because they assumed I wouldn't.

01:42And then when I didn't do it, they could say, well, we offered it to Trump and he rejected.

01:46But I accepted it.

01:48And I'm sure I think Jake will be fair.

01:50Does everyone think he's going to be fair?

01:57Let's see.

01:58Look, he's got his reputation at stake, got his reputation.

02:02And CNN has their reputation.

02:04You know, they're doing very badly in the polls.
