00:00What's up GQ, it's Ski Master Slump God aka Beyoncé and this is On The Rocks.
00:20My journey with jewelry started when I got my first advance.
00:30I was going to all the New York jewelers out there, very outspoken people, them New Yorkians.
00:37My favorite piece, this is like a time piece, it's funny too because me and Juice talked
00:41about this chain because we both loved Yu-Gi-Oh, Millennium Puzzle, that's what they call it.
00:46I think Juice said he wanted to get it and since he couldn't get it anymore I just decided
00:49to get it.
00:50Now I just want to get all the chains from Yu-Gi-Oh but this is the first, I think I'm
00:54going to get another one this year for sure.
00:56I perform with this, it hits me in the face so many times but I still perform with this
01:01because I can't help it.
01:02Two hundred thousand I think or something around that range.
01:06The world was inspired by X because he always used to post like either the world or the
01:12moon in his avis.
01:14My phone screen is a different character from Yu-Gi-Oh and he has another piece on him.
01:20Don't steal it before I get it because somebody would do something like that to me.
01:26What inspired me to get the AP because I had the skeleton Patek.
01:31I started going around my friend Juice WRLD and he had a million APs and I just like the
01:37bulkiness of it and like how classy it looks because the Patek is skinnier, it fits perfectly.
01:43I know I'm not going to lose it because this is one of my favorite pieces so I keep it
01:48like my phone, I make sure I keep track of it.
01:53This one is special, met this guy in Florida, that's where I'm from, Brown County, Florida
02:00and before Rolling Loud Miami, he hit me up, he wanted to design something special for
02:06me and I told him that I wanted the head of an anime character, Eren Yeager, Attack on
02:12Titan if you ever watched it, one of the best animes ever, attached to a Cuban link.
02:16I just had this Cuban link from Wafi that I put it on.
02:19I probably would wear this before the performance and then right before I perform, I'd probably
02:24take it off because jumping up and down, I almost knock myself out with this one or my
02:28security usually tries to warn me to take it off because he knows I'm going to jump
02:31in the crowd so he knows, hey, can you please take it off or he's going to have to jump
02:36in the crowd with me.
02:37I give you a chain every time you do Rolling Loud, I always bring my friends and I let
02:42them keep it because my manager is the owner of Rolling Loud so I'm going to always be
02:46doing Rolling Loud and getting those chains and I have a few.
02:51I treated this like hell, I think I've been on some tours with this, doing front flips
02:57into the crowd with it on.
02:59This is a Cartier bracelet, just like the watch, I got this also in Atlanta from a jeweler
03:03named Wafi, I go to him a lot.
03:06I think I went to Wafi because I found him on Instagram because a lot of artists go to
03:11him like Future, Cardi B, Offset, he's a famous Atlanta jeweler.
03:16What's up GQ?
03:17I'm not too sure what's the first piece I've gotten from him but if we ask him, he'll tell
03:22you that I come in, buy fast and leave.
03:24As soon as I put it on, it takes me two seconds to look in that mirror and tell him, yeah
03:28I'm taking it because I just know what I'm going to want so it's not like he has to sit
03:32there and explain it to me.
03:34It's a good deal.
03:37I got these in New York.
03:40This is some New York ass glasses for sure.
03:42These are Cartiers with chrome hearts, crosses on them.
03:46At that time, a lot of people in New York was wearing these, I think they call them
03:48Buffs.
03:49They're going to say in the comments, yeah he knows what he's talking about but yeah,
03:52these are called Buffs.
03:53I don't know why they call them Buffs, gotta ask them out there for real.
03:56Fifteen or less.
04:00These gauges, it was a custom design that we made.
04:04I wanted to get diamond gauges but I just didn't know what I wanted and I was in love
04:07with tapers.
04:08It's something that you usually use to stretch your ear out but I just wear it just because
04:13I like how it looks.
04:14So I had a earring that looked like this that was a regular gauge, no diamonds and I just
04:20told him to recreate it with diamonds and he did that for me.
04:23I spend a good amount with Wafi for sure.
04:26This one is a dangle earring.
04:27I think I got this actually out here in LA, aka dangle earring.
04:31I love dangle earrings.
04:32I have like a few of them.
04:33This one is just one of my favorites.
04:38This is just a Chanel rosary.
04:40I like Chanel pearls.
04:41Sometimes I tie it tight like a choker, sometimes I just let it hang but it's like a rosary.
04:45One of my favorite pieces.
04:47I've always was into pearls, I never really looked at what anybody was like saying about
04:51it or anything like that.
04:52My opinion was it looked good on me so I'm gonna wear it and then if somebody says anything
04:56then I mean I'm gonna just have to say something about them back.
04:59It's just how it works.
05:02This one, I definitely got this from Wafi as well in Atlanta.
05:07Big Cuban, I love Cubans.
05:08Even though the skinnier, smaller pieces usually tend to cost more, I love big pieces.
05:14They just stand out more.
05:16Definitely treat this like hell too though.
05:17Has baguettes in it, has regular diamonds in it, has baguettes on this too.
05:21It's a nice piece.
05:23I'm definitely a white gold person.
05:25I think it's because I'm from Florida and a lot of people from Florida wear yellow gold
05:29and I just don't like being like people so I was just like yeah, I'm gonna just wear
05:34a lot of white gold.
05:38I wear this all the time.
05:40I got this from Wafi as well.
05:41A lot of this set is from Wafi actually.
05:43Shout out to Wafi.
05:44I know he's gonna hit me up after this and be like, thank you, thank you.
05:47It has baguettes in the middle, diamonds on the outside.
05:51If I wear the watch, I'm most likely wearing this just because it goes so well together.
05:56A little bit under 10K or probably 10K exactly.
06:00Whenever I don't want to wear the big things, I usually wear these.
06:03These are just a bunch of tennis necklaces.
06:06These are expensive as hell too, probably like more expensive than some of these things
06:10on here.
06:11If you know about tennis necklaces, it's expensive as shit for some reason.
06:16These I got from Wafi too.
06:19Some of them are different.
06:20Like this one has just square diamonds.
06:22This one has just a big circle.
06:24So does this one.
06:25I got them all together at once.
06:26I liked them all and I was like, yeah, give me all three of them all together.
06:29I think they were 50.
06:36I just seen Yeet get a crazy piece that looks like a Wakanda chain.
06:42Some type of alien designed chain that was really nice.
06:46I think Sauce Walker has a lot of good jewelry, a lot of good chains.
06:49Trippie Redd.
06:50Trippie Redd has some good chains for sure.
06:53Being in the music industry, you know, you always end up seeing a lot of jewelry in general
06:59and you see it so much, it just makes you want it.
07:01So it's kind of like a music trophies, I guess, if you will.
07:05So certain pieces are like stands for this project and then you get another piece for
07:08another project.
07:09Basically, I know a lot of artists that do that as well.
