Nine Girls and a Ghost is a 2002 supernatural comedy film directed by Chung Shu-kai (鍾澍佳), in which a girl receives a Daihatsu Mira Gino that Marco, a ghost, possesses. The film stars Edison Chen Koon-hei (陳冠希), Stephy Tang Lai-yan (鄧麗欣), Miki Yeung Oi-kan (鄧麗欣), Theresa Fu Wing (傅穎), Kary Ng Yu-fei (吳雨霏), Angela Au Man-si (區文詩), Gloria Chan Siu-ying (陳素瑩), Elaine Ho Yi-ling (何綺玲), Helena Ma Si-hang (馬思恆) and Serena Po Sau-yee (蒲西兒).
Since Marco Chan Kiu-wai was a kid, Marco realized that he had to work hard to achieve his own status. One day when he hurries for a meeting, his car crashes and he dies in the accident. On the other hand, high school sports team leader Kaka (Stephy) was born in a wealthy family. Her team loses every game, but she would not admit it. Excited as she gets a Mini Cooper from her wealthy father (陳欣健 Phillip Chan Yan-kin), Kaka drives it out right away, only to find that the car is out of control. Later she and her brother discover that the car is previously owned by Marco and his spirit is now lingering in the car.
