00:04When we're designing, shape, texture, colour,
00:07all those kind of things are things that we try to take into consideration.
00:18My name is Bryce Hayworth. I'm the owner and creative director up here at September Shedia.
00:21We are a florist in Sydney.
00:23We do flowers for every occasion.
00:24So we're just looking for interesting sculptural pieces,
00:27stuff that you don't usually see at other florists.
00:29I essentially always start off with a nice central base.
00:31I've got these Russian Kales and I've got these beautiful local hydrangeas in here.
00:35From here then I'm thinking, where should I move off from there?
00:37The content stuff, it's obviously a very important part of our business.
00:41It was literally overnight, it just started exploding.
00:44And it was like, okay sweet, this style of content seems to work.
00:48Some gangster flowers right at the end there.
00:52We use a mix of all different things.
00:53Native, soft flowers, orchids, fruits, exploring floristry in a fun way.
00:58In making it more about design and creativity.
01:01So my third place, I like anything outdoors.
01:03I spent my earliest days travelling around Australia with my parents
01:07and really getting an appreciation for the outdoors.
01:09I guess it gives me a bit of an escapism from being either at work or at home,
01:13especially with such a busy schedule.
01:15There's no such thing as bad weather, it's just being dressed in appropriately
01:18and having something on like my Kathmandu fleece or my Kathmandu vest
01:21allows me to go outside in winter and allows me to feel comfortable
01:25and still get that outlet.
01:26These are really important to me.
01:28I love it.
