Clare, the filmer, recounted her experience to WooGlobe: "An incredible thunderstorm hit Bodrum last week while I was on holiday. I sat on the balcony from 1 am to 3 am to witness the best storm I have ever seen in my life!"
With a spectacular view of an intimidating lightning display, Clare felt she was in the right place at the right time.
It was as if she was witnessing the electrical storm putting on its best impression of the Aurora Borealis.
