00:00In fact, the best restaurant comes from the Polish Culinary Treasures program.
00:06This program was created in 2018, the anniversary of independence.
00:15Our company came up with the idea to celebrate the 100th anniversary of independence,
00:23but in a culinary way, not in a traditional way.
00:26So, with chefs from different regions who created the book
00:30100 recipes for 100 years of independence.
00:32This book, with various recipes, was sent to all embassies,
00:37because every Polish embassy in the world has its own chef,
00:40so we allowed ourselves to send such inspiration to them.
00:43And on the canvas of these first activities on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of independence,
00:47an idea was created to appreciate, show regional restaurants of Polish restaurants from all over Poland.
00:54In the last calendar year, consumers who visited restaurants on the culinary tracks of the Polish Treasures,
01:00if they liked the experience in these restaurants,
01:03i.e. the taste of the dish, the service, the history of the place, the decoration itself,
01:07could give one of their votes using a crown on the Polish Treasures website.
01:13We collected these crowns on the website,
01:16and then their number decided who won the title of the best restaurant.
01:22What connects the laureates of the best restaurant of 2025?
01:26When I look at them, many of these restaurants I managed to visit,
01:31these are largely restaurants that respect our culinary tradition,
01:37but at the same time they also approach it innovatively,
01:40i.e. they serve modern Polish cuisine.
01:43Very often, if we decide to visit them,
01:47these are restaurants situated in cool, historical places
01:52or in places that refer to a given region by decoration or atmosphere.
02:00These are often restaurants that have many years of experience on the market,
02:08and this makes the experience we can expect in them quite certain.
02:14There are many interesting names, interesting places on the list of laureates.
02:19For example, such a cool, modern approach to Polish cuisine is the restaurant Powroty w Łowiczu.
02:24Traditional, with a very large cultivation of regional dishes,
02:29is the restaurant with a green stove on Warmi in Olsztyn,
02:33or the Bukowina shelter in Bukowina Tatrzańska.
02:37A year ago we met in the vineyard Srebrna Góra in Krakow.
02:41This year we are in Adoria, in Lower Silesia,
02:44and we would like our culinary trade laureates to meet us every year on the vineyards.
02:51The vineyards guarantee an interesting story of their owners,
02:55about what is interesting for a given region, both winemaking and culinary,
03:01and they make everyone have a great time here,
03:04there is a relaxed atmosphere and we can get to know each other better,
03:07exchange experiences and inspirations.
