Arnold Schwarzenegger tells climate summit 'stop the bleeding'

Former governor of California and actor Arnold Schwarzenegger opens the Austrian World Summit, an environmental summit held in Vienna. Schwarzenegger, who is also the founder of the conference, told attendees that time was running out to save the world.
